James currently leads OSRL’s regional stakeholder engagement efforts in Asia Pacific region, with the goal of promoting the adoption of industry good practices and fostering collaboration among involved stakeholders.
Throughout his 12 year-long career with OSRL, James acquired deep industry knowledge through his experience in response operations, business development and stakeholder engagement.
In particular, he has dedicated the last five years, working closely with local OSRO, government and industry stakeholders in Thailand, to enhance oil spill response readiness in country, and hopes to continue delivering a positive impact to the community with his knowledge and experience.
James holds a BEng (Honours) in Environmental Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
