Based in Southampton, UK, Andy leads OSRL’s global response operations, bringing 25+ years of experience in subsea projects and field development.

Andy has 25+ years of oil and gas experience, primarily focused on subsea capital projects for field developments. He worked for various companies, including ConocoPhillips, handling projects like Jasmine HP/HT, Enochdhu, and Britannia Satellites. In 2018, he joined OSRL's Subsea Well Intervention Service (SWIS) as Engineering Manager, ensuring response readiness. In 2019, Andy became SWIS Director, overseeing OSRL's subsea business. Since July 2023, he has held the position of Response Director, with global operational responsibility at OSRL.
