Zoe has two decades of experience in the oil and gas industry, specialising in hydrocarbon spill management and incident and crisis management. Her qualifications include a Graduate degree from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety, among others. As Senior Hydrocarbon Spill Adviser at Woodside Energy Group, Zoe manages global spill preparedness and response processes. She has held various roles across Woodside, demonstrating her expertise in incident and crisis management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
