During the first half of 2023 there have been some changes to the composition of the board. The changes are as follows:
April 2023:
- Robert Limb resigned as CEO and stepped down as an Executive Director, the board then appointed Dr. Vania De Stefani as an Executive Director and as CEO.
June 2023:
- The appointment by the board of Dr. Vania De Stefani as an Executive Director of OSRL was formally ratified by the Shareholders at the AGM
- The reappointment of Richard Morrish as an Executive Director was ratified by the Shareholders at the AGM
- The resignations from the board of Brian Horsburgh, Mahmood Mirza and Charles Van Schalkwyk were received
- The appointment of Dr Ismaeel Husain (Band 2 – 6 Director for a period of 3 years) was approved by the Shareholders at the AGM
- The appointment of John Cook as an independent Director for a period of 12 months was approved by the Shareholders at the AGM.
