Overview
The On-Scene Commander - OPRC Level 2 (IMO Equivalent) course is designed for professionals who may assume the role of an on-scene commander during an oil spill response. It equips participants with the essential knowledge and skills to effectively lead and coordinate response operations.
The 5-day version of this course was previously referred to as the Oil Spill Clearance Course internally, but it is now being standardised under the On-Scene Commander - OPRC Level 2 (IMO Equivalent) title to align with industry terminology and international standards.
