What you need to book a course

The easiest way to make a booking online is through a MyOSRL account.

✅ Already registered? Log in to your MyOSRL account to manage bookings and access available benefits.
✅ New to OSRL? Register for a MyOSRL account — it’s quick and simple, and lets you book courses, track training history, and manage delegate details with ease.

You can book a course for yourself or on behalf of others, such as colleagues or team members.

For the booking party, we only require the first and last name, email address, and company name to set up the booking.

For the booking itself, we’ll also need important details for each delegate and billing details. You’ll find a full breakdown of what’s required in the sections below.

Important: Member discounts are an exclusive benefit available only to eligible OSRL member organisations. While all online bookings require a MyOSRL account, not all account holders qualify for discounts.

Delegate details

Name

Ensure we have the correct name (first and surname) to personalise your course experience and certification.

Job title

Helps us tailor content and understand your role within the oil and gas, shipping, or energy sectors.

Telephone number

So we can reach you quickly for any important updates. This can be the booking contact’s phone number.

Email

Essential for course communications, joining instructions, and certificates.

Country

For accurate record keeping and to help us support delegates globally.

Payment details

Payment method

Pay by invoice or credit card.

Invoice point of contact (name, email and telephone number)

Provide the name, email, and telephone number of the person or department for the invoice, so we can deliver it promptly and clarify details if needed.

Company name

Provide the full company or organisation name (including entity details).

Billing address

The billing address, including postcode/zip code and country to ensure accurate invoicing and record keeping.

Taxes (VAT number)

Your company’s VAT or tax number, where applicable, for correct tax handling on the invoice.

Invoice delivery preferences and purchase order

Tell us if your organisation needs a hard copy or email invoice, and provide a purchase order number if required by your internal procedures.
