Benjamin is the Senior Vice President of the Safety, Security, Health, and Environment Division at PTTEP. He previously served as SVP, Well Engineering and Operations (2021–2024) and Country Manager for Malaysia (2019–2021). Before joining PTTEP, he served as Murphy Oil’s Country Manager for Malaysia and Brunei, holding leadership roles that managed operations in Malaysia's shallow water and deepwater assets. With 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Ben has also worked in the Gulf of Mexico, the North Sea, West Africa, and Indonesia. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (Hons) from Monash University, Australia, and has completed executive management education at the NUS Stanford Business School.
