IMS Exercise (UK)

Join us for an Incident Management System (IMS) exercise designed to test and strengthen command, control, and communication across all levels of a response.

This scenario-based exercise will simulate the coordination of a complex incident, giving participants the chance to practise roles within an incident management team, develop incident action plans, and manage evolving operational challenges in real time. It’s an opportunity to build confidence in the IMS structure and reinforce effective teamwork under pressure.

We welcome external organisations—from operators to governmental agencies—to take part and collaborate in strengthening regional incident management capability.
