The 2nd Oil Spill Management Technical Workshop is a strategic gathering of professionals, regulators, responders, and industry leaders focused on advancing Nigeria's and the region’s capacity for effective oil spill preparedness, response, and recovery. Building on the success of the inaugural workshop and the 24th anniversary celebration of Clean Nigeria Associates (CNA) Ltd/Gte, this 2025 edition is designed to drive technical collaboration, share real-time response experiences, and promote the adoption of global best practices in oil spill management.
The workshop will feature expert presentations, panel discussions, technical exhibitions, and scenario-based breakout sessions. It will also showcase new response technologies and foster partnerships across the oil and gas value chain, regulatory agencies, and emergency response stakeholders.
We will be presenting at the event, supporting a tabletop exercise for CNA, and taking part in panel discussions, which are all activities for the technical workshop. In addition, we will hold engagement meetings with some of our members before the technical workshop commences.
