MCA Refresher is designed for those working in UK Ports and Harbours

Using a realistic scenario covering all aspects of a spill response, you will apply your knowledge and refresh your ability to develop a spill response strategy and communicate with relevant government agencies. 

If you have a valid MCA Level 3/3P, 4/4P or 5/5P certificate that is soon to expire, this course will revalidate your certification for a further 3 years (36 months from the date of the refresher course), refreshing your knowledge of the UK-specific spill response requirements.
