Leina is a dynamic and results-driven professional with over 10 years of experience in B2B sales and technical industries, including lighting, electronics, and oil & gas. Originally from French Guiana in South America, she holds a Master's degree in Management and Marketing from France.
Since joining OSRL in January 2020, Leina has been dedicated to supporting members and clients in their preparedness initiatives, ensuring they have the most effective and cost-efficient solutions for their operations. Her regional focus spans Francophone and Hispanophone countries in Europe and Africa, where she works closely with energy operators, regulators, authorities, and industry groups to strengthen spill response and preparedness efforts.
Leina's multilingual proficiency, including French (native), English (fluent), and Spanish (basic), enables her to engage seamlessly across diverse markets. She has traveled to over 15 countries in Europe, Africa, and the Americas to support key stakeholders, facilitate training sessions, and represent OSRL at industry conferences.
In addition to her preparedness expertise, Leina played an active role in OSRL's response to a spill in Gabon in 2022 and continues contributing to members' response activities, reinforcing her hands-on experience in emergency response.
