As a Principal Preparedness Solutions Advisor, Tristan brings extensive expertise in organisational preparedness, contingency planning, and emergency response at both strategic and tactical levels. With hands-on experience in offshore and onshore operations, he has worked in some of the most remote and challenging environments, ensuring robust response processes and contingency plans are in place.
Tristan's early career in the British Military instilled in him a resourceful, solutions-driven mindset, one that thrives on adapting, problem-solving, and maximizing impact with limited resources. He is passionate about passing this knowledge on to the next generation of incident management and emergency response professionals, delivering training, webinars, drills, and exercises both virtually and in person.
Beyond his work at OSRL, Tristan dedicates his time to street dog rescue efforts in Houston, Texas, proving that his commitment to protecting and responding extends far beyond the workplace. (He may even prefer dogs to most humans!)
