With over three decades of leadership experience in the oil and gas and petrochemical industry, Tracy currently serves as the Global Emergency Preparedness & Response Manager at Exxon Mobil Corporation's Global Operations & Sustainability Organisation. Her role involves ensuring that all business units maintain the capabilities, tools, and processes needed to respond effectively to various threats, such as spills/releases, cyber incidents, and security events. Tracy brings her extensive experience, strategic risk management thinking, and boundless energy to the OSRL Board. Her journey has included various roles within ExxonMobil, active industry involvement, leadership training, and mechanical engineering qualifications.
