With over 25 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, and Operations, Jorge has successfully led initiatives across the US, Ecuador, Mexico, Venezuela, Kuwait, and the UAE. His expertise spans startup operations, business transformation, and strategic growth, with a proven track record of driving success in complex markets.
Jorge played a key role in expanding Artificial Lift operations, elevating a business to new heights in just two years. In 2018, he spearheaded a cross-product line venture within the pressure pumping sector, developing a unique Production Enhancement strategy and securing strategic cooperation agreements with leading technology manufacturers.
Jorge holds a Master of Science and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Peter the Great Saint Petersburg Polytechnic University. Passionate about developing future talent, he has actively coached and mentored young professionals throughout his career, including pro bono participation in the SPE e-Mentoring program.
Now based in Houston, Texas, Jorge enjoys spending time with his family while continuing to drive innovation and growth in the industry.
