Dean joined OSRL in 2013 having served as an officer in the British Army for 8 years. Dean's expertise lies in performance coaching, leadership and capability development, and shaping high-performance cultures. He is a qualified teacher (post-compulsory training and education), has a degree in Sports Science and a postgraduate diploma in educational practice and innovation. Dean is also a certified practitioner in a range of performance tools and techniques as well as a workplace assessor and internal quality assurer.
