IMS Tabletop USA

Join us for a tabletop Incident Management System (IMS) exercise designed to test and strengthen command, control, and communication across a multi-agency response.

This facilitated, scenario‑based exercise will walk participants through the coordination of a complex incident, providing the opportunity to practise IMS roles, develop and review incident action plans, and respond to evolving operational challenges. The session focuses on decision‑making, coordination, and information flow, helping teams build confidence in the IMS structure and reinforce effective collaboration under pressure.

External organisations—including operators and government agencies—are welcome to participate, supporting shared learning and strengthening regional incident management capability.
