2025 Members’ Forum and AGM

We’re excited to welcome you to the 2025 Members’ Forum and AGM, taking place 2-4 December at Oxy Tower Woodlands in The Woodlands, Texas. This three-day event is your opportunity to engage with OSRL experts, connect with industry peers, and stay informed on the latest developments in oil spill response.

Day 1: Association and Industry Updates

We’ll begin with a welcome and plenary session, followed by updates from key industry associations and a look at progress since Macondo. The day concludes with a Consortium session featuring MWCC, HWCG, and OSRL.

Day 2: OSRL Services and Regional Focus

The second day highlights OSRL’s evolving services and regional preparedness efforts, particularly in the Guyana-Suriname Basin and Equatorial Margin. We’ll also explore recent exercises and wrap up with real-world case studies before an evening networking event.

Throughout the first two days, we invite you to explore our GSRN Exhibition Hall—a collaborative space designed to showcase the capabilities and expertise of our Global Subsea Response Network member companies. This informal environment fosters open dialogue, knowledge sharing, and stronger connections between our clients and sub-vendor partners.

No single company can address every challenge alone. The GSRN Exhibition Hall highlights the collective strength of our network, demonstrating the depth of resources and skilled personnel we can mobilise in response to subsea incidents.

Day 3: Looking Ahead – OSRL’s Strategic Vision

The final day is dedicated to our Annual General Meeting. Members will receive critical updates on OSRL’s performance, the 2026 business plan and budget, and our long-term strategic direction.
