The trainers brought great energy and clarity to the course, making even complex concepts feel approachable. Their flexibility with the schedule helped keep the sessions highly engaging. While more contextual examples would have made the tools easier to relate to, the blend of theory and hands-on elements was well-balanced. Overall, a valuable and professional experience that deepened our understanding of incident management systems.
This was an excellent and engaging training experience. The facilitators were knowledgeable, approachable, and brought real clarity to complex topics. Their delivery was fluid and interactive, keeping the group focused and energised throughout. I came away with a much stronger understanding of my responsibilities within an incident management team, and appreciated the space for open discussion and practical learning.
The training offered valuable and clearly delivered content, with practical examples that made the learning relatable and engaging. Although the volume of information was high for a single day, the interactive format and real-world insights helped reinforce key concepts. I now have a much stronger understanding of incident management processes and feel more confident in applying them during a response. A very worthwhile course that I’d recommend to anyone involved in emergency preparedness.
